This form is to be filled by students and former students who want their Character / Transfer certificates issued by the college.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please make note of the fact that you are to provide the information correctly with no spelling and date mistakes. If the spellings of the names or the dates and addresses are found to be wrongly mentioned or spelled, re-issuing and re-writing the certificate will only be done after payment of a fine of Rs. 500/= Also make a note that all the dates and names have to be according to your SLC /SEE Certificate. Please Bring 2 copies of passport size photo and RS 1000.00 ( character certificate fee) when you come to collect your character certificate.
